Gang busters is the phrase! I've been making fun stuff by the truckload lately. What fun! So, I made some more pens then I had a minor disaster. :( I made this wonderful dark red with gold pen and was all set to put it together when Oh NO! I had 2 top barrels but no bottom barrel. YIKES! So, this morning I called Boston Clay Works where I bought the pen guts and spoke with Larry, the owner. What a guy! He was sorry and offered to fix the problem immediately. And did he? He most certainly did! Not 15 minutes after I hung up, I got an email saying my "order" had been sent. Now THAT'S customer service! I was going to list their web site here but I can't remember so I will make another post for it. They have grand stuff and the best customer service! Yay for Boston Clay Works! I also got the wine stopper blanks from them, too. Tell me what you think, ok? Thanks!
