Even More Stuff

Yikes.  I was reading that Art Fire suggests you have more than 100 items in your shops to boost sales.  So, I have a question.  When I do a craft show people are always saying, There are just so many things, I don't know what to pick!  So, if they are having a hard time in person, then why are tons of choices better on line?  Is it because they are at home?  But, I believe Art Fire so now I'm listing more goodies.  :)  Have a look!

Ooohh! These new beads are pretty, pretty! Just MHO, I don't look at more than 3 pages unless there are catagories... Some things I am just not interested in.
(Not in your case, of course!) LOL

Of course not in my case. :D I like categories, too. Just that AF wants a dozen things before you can make a category. That's a lot of things. I wish it were 6 or 8. Oh well, I can probably come up with a dozen somethings. :)

Yeah, I keep reading that about listing more. When I go to others shops though, and they have pages and pages of stuff, I usually get overwhelmed and leave. But, I do need to list more stuff in my shop.

Thanks, Janie, I'm with you, I get bored if there is too much stuff. Like Pammie said...categories are good. That way, if you just want bracelets, that's all you have to look at. I have to go count items in my AF to see if I have the requisite dozen to make a category. I sure wish they'd lower the number to 8.

Cool new bracelet and beautful springy beads. At places like Etsy and AF (which I hardly ever do) dI only usually look at about 2 pages unless there are categories (or it someone whose work I like...... LIKE MOE'S). I overwhelm WAY easy. I liked the "featured" items feature when I just browsed at Moe's site.

Thanks, Anita. I just realized I had 12 bracelets so I went and made a category. Got all done then had to give it all up because they won't let you make a category unless you have 4 alternatives. Jeez. That's 16 items of one type of thing. Boo Hiss. :(
