Asian Pins

A couple years ago I made my SIL a necklace and earring set with a Japanese design.  I didn't know she didn't wear dangle earrings so she asked if I could make a pin instead.  I got on a roll and this is what I made for her.

Then, while I was in Japanese mode, I made these.  :)  My first attempt at transfers.  They are from Lisa Pavelka's collection.  VERY easy to use!  The ginko is hand made paper from Japan under resin.  And the window looking one is unsealed with the handmade paper.

Stunning work. I especially like the ginko for its unusual design. Transfer came out super.

Thanks to all of you! Smooches all around! Yep, Anita, I was really hapy with those transfers. I was afraid they'd be flimsy and tear but they were tough and super thin! And easy to use. I am inspired to make more transfer things now.
