And so, I decided to try herringbone stitch. Again. :( This time it came out nice, methinks. What do you think of this bracelet? I took Sue Sloan's tute and modified it a bit for my own taste.
Then I did this wire work from another tute from a lovely Asian woman whose name I wrote down and can't find. :( I will have to go look through magazines to see where I saw her tute. Again, I modified mine but the basic design is hers. Yay! I found it! Her name is Aliya Shafqat. The wire gods are smiling upon me. :)

I love, love, love the wire piece. (but that name doesn't strike me as Asian, for what it's worth).
Moe, you did an exceptional job on both pieces! The wire pendant is to DIE for!
Ok Moe you stumped me what is holding the rivoli in place? Tension? I really like it.
Very pretty. The wire work is very smooth & both are elegant.
We is clamping our lips shut to keep from saying smarty pants comments. :D
Thanks, Pammie! I am really happy with how it came out1 :)
Thanks Kat and Ginger. Gonger, the rivoli is siting in the loop of wire then glued in with hypo jeweler's cement.
