Oh boy, am I having fun yet? I decided to try resin again. And I have this mold that make all these little half balls. So, I says to myself, Self? Let's make little half balls. So, I did. It came all glassy and clear just as I thought it was supposed to. The little glass shards did sink to the bottom but several terrific people gave me advice on the clay forum so next time I'll follow their advice. The glitter pretty much stayed put. Now... can someone give me some ideas on what I oughta DO with these things? Pleeeeze???

You could make lots more and repave your lanai. Would make for a really interesting texture underfoot....

I suppose you could make lots more, glue them together and make mobiles or Christmas decorations.
Yanno, we just had our lanai done in lovely travertine. And I'm worried about your mind that you could come up with this suggestion. :D Did you take pictures for me yet? I wanna see Girl in her necklace!
Twin... that's precisely what I had decided to do. Maybe. I also thought about making CF style flowers and using them for the centers. :) I might get myself inundated in little half balls. :D
I did take pictures! On "Hawaiian Day" at preschool. But the rest of her outfit was so loud, you can't actually see the necklace...so I'll take more. Soon.
Seems like the big suggestion is to make LOTS more of the 1/2 balls. Oooh! The bathroom! Retile the shower!! REALLY interesting texture, there!!
Melissa, I am getting scared here. I will have visions of little half balls over taking my house! Yikes! ANd then they'll move to Alaska! muaahahahahahahahaha
